02. What happens after the FREE Trial period is over?

After the 14 days FREE Trial, you need to choose from any of our paid plans to continue with the services. Anytime you can upgrade to other plans based on your requirements.

03. Can I add SaaSpot Chat to more than one website at the same time?

Yes, there is no limit on the number of websites with paid plans. The pricing is based on number of agents you would need to support your business.

04. Is it necessary to sign up for free trial before I purchase any of the SaaSpot Chat plan?

We believe that before purchasing SaaSpot Chat, you should be convinced about its benefits and values to your business.

Once one of your agent logs in to the dashboard and comes online he will get the message and can reply to the message directly from his dashboard.

You can upgrade or downgrade the plan anytime. The up gradation will happen instantly once the successful payment is made. However, the down gradation would happen at the end of your billing cycle. You can still continue to use the current plan till the next cycle starts.
